Nightingales and Warblers at Paxton

When up for annual visit to Paxton Pits which is one of the best places in the country to see Nightingales was lucky enough to have a nice views of one singing next to a Garden warbler almost straight away by the first hide which gave showed quite a comparison. Then walked round to the main Nightingale point by the Kingfisher hide where there been a bit more hidden but eventually one showed pretty well as he was feeding while taking a break from his song. I then carried out around the lake when i had some nice views of Blackcaps, Whitethroats, Chiff-chaffs and Willow Warbler and a nice Lesser Whitethroat by the old gravel works.
