Been after a reasonable kingfisher picture for a while even though i see them fairly often quite tricky to actually but after finding a nearby reserve where they often are seen so took myself down on a sunny morning and manged to get a few images even though i saw a kingfisher several times i believe it was just the one male with it first landing in the distance reeds before appearing nearer on the nearby post.
